To hold your date, deposits are due at the time of reservation.  Deposit prices are dependent on the type of event, number of guests and the length of the event.

Prices below include full access to tables, chairs, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, coffee cups, 

beverage dispensers, serving ware, centerpieces,appliances and toiletries.

$350 per non-wedding event (5 hours)

WEDDINGS/ELOPEMENTS:  Additional time, amenities & space available for wedding packages (see next tab for details)

FOOD & CATERING:

Our kitchen includes a great amount of counter space for prepping, a full refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, coffee pots and a sink.  Please note, our kitchen is not equipped with an oven or stovetop, however, your choice of caterers, vendors and/or any pre-prepared food by you is welcome.

ALCOHOL:

Alcohol is permitted as long as a $1M rider is added to your home insurance policy for the day of the event.  Proof of insurance will be required at least two (2) weeks prior to your event.
